Brixton Table's existing mobile app was functional but dated. The user interface lacked the polish expected from a leading fast-casual brand, and the ordering flow had too many steps, causing users to abandon their carts before checkout. The loyalty program felt disconnected, and the Unlimited Sip Club subscription was buried deep within the app, resulting in underwhelming sign-up numbers.
Beyond the app itself, Brixton Table lacked a cohesive digital marketing strategy to promote the revamped experience. There was no structured plan for driving downloads, onboarding new users, or converting free members into paying subscribers. The brand needed a partner who could handle both the product and the promotion.

We mapped the entire Brixton Table customer lifecycle, from first app download to repeat subscriber. This allowed us to identify friction points in the ordering funnel and missed opportunities in the loyalty and subscription experience.
